BBQ Hamburger

Barbeque Hamburger

Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 tbs vinegar
  • 2 tbs prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef and onion.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes, serve on hamburger buns or in grilled cheese.

    I was wondering if this recipe could be modified ( or made in a larger batch) and then canned. This sounds like something I would like to have on hand for busy nights. Thoughts?
