This quick and easy pizza crust is a go-to in our kitchen when time is short but a homemade meal still sounds best. No need to wait for hours of rising—just a handful of simple ingredients, a few minutes of kneading, and it’s ready to roll out. The dough bakes up with a soft inside and a light, crisp edge, perfect for piling on your favorite toppings. Whether it’s a last-minute weeknight dinner or a make-your-own pizza night with the kids, this crust keeps things simple and satisfying. Homemade pizza really can be this easy—and just as good as it sounds.

Method
- Preheat oven 425℉ and put greased cast iron pan in.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Pour mixture into cast iron pan and spread over bottom
- Bake for 3-5 minutes until no longer wet looking on top then flip the crust and bake another 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add your favorite toppings.
- Return to oven for 5-8 minutes or until your toppings are warmed, melted, or crunchy to your preference.
