Quick Sourdough Pizza Crust

Makes one 12-15 inch crust

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sourdough discard active works, but I prefer refrigerated discard because it handles better.
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven 425℉ and put greased cast iron pan in.
  2. Mix together all ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture into cast iron pan and spread over bottom
  4. Bake for 3-5 minutes until no longer wet looking on top then flip the crust and bake another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, add your favorite toppings.
  6. Return to oven for 5-8 minutes or until your toppings are warmed, melted, or crunchy to your preference.
