Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 pack onion soup mix or season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, minced onion, celery salt, and salt
  • 4 oz fine shredded cheddar cheese
  • chili powder

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, mayo, and onion soup mix together until smooth
  2. Add the cheddar cheese and mix until combined.
  3. Shape into a ball and roll in chili powder until the ball is coated. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to pull through the cheese.
  4. Serve with crackers of choice.
