These peanut butter buckeye candies are a longtime favorite in our kitchen—simple, sweet, and just the right kind of indulgent. With a creamy peanut butter center dipped in rich chocolate, they’re the kind of treat that disappears quickly, especially around the holidays or after Sunday supper. No baking, no fancy equipment—just a few ingredients and a bit of time. They come together easily, even with little helpers around, and store well in the fridge or freezer (if they last that long). If you’re craving something classic and comforting, this is a recipe that’s always worth keeping close.
