There’s nothing like the smell of fresh bread baking, and these homemade hamburger buns are a staple in our kitchen, especially during grilling season. Soft, golden, and made with just a handful of pantry ingredients, they’re a world better than anything store-bought. I started making my own buns years ago to feed our big crew without breaking the grocery budget—and I’ve never looked back. They’re simple to make, hearty enough to hold all your favorite fixings, and full of that homemade goodness only real food can bring. Let’s roll up our sleeves and bake something that truly brings folks together.
