Cliff Bars

Simple, nutritious, and perfect for fueling active kiddos (and busy moms, too). Made with clean ingredients straight from our pantry, these bars are a budget-friendly, customizable alternative to store-bought snacks. Whether we’re out in the garden, hiking as a family, or gathered around the homeschool table, these protein bars keep us going strong—with joy, purpose, and a whole lot of peanut butter.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fruit

Method
 

  1. Melt together honey, nut butter, and vanilla.
  2. Add to the cereal, oats, nuts, and fruit.
  3. Mix together thoroughly and press into 9x13 pan and chill. Then cut into squares.

Notes

Experiment with different nuts, seeds, and fruit.
