Method
- Brown the ground beef and onions.
- Add in the sugars, worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, ketchup, vinegar, and prepared yellow mustard.
- Mix all together, adjust ingredients according to your taste preference.
- Ladle into clean jars.
- Add lids and rings.
- Pressure can quarts for 45 minutes at 15 lbs pressure.
- Pints for 30 minutes at 15 lbs pressure.
Notes
Could use maple syrup in place of sugar.
