Pumpkin Spice Latte

Step aside, coffee shops. This homemade pumpkin spice latte brings the cozy flavors of fall to your kitchen without the junk. Made with simple ingredients like whole milk, pure maple syrup, and a touch of pumpkin puree, it’s a comforting drink to enjoy on crisp mornings or chilly afternoons. Whisked together and gently heated, it creates a rich, velvety beverage that’s perfect for savoring by the hearth or sharing with friends.

Topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, it’s a delightful way to welcome the season and create moments of warmth and togetherness.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk (could use non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or sugar to taste)
  • 1 tbs pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a small pot and heat on stovetop until too hot to touch.
  • Alternatively, mix and heat everything in a glass measuring cup in the microwave.
  • Add 1/2 to 1 cup of strong, hot coffee
  • Froth with a frother or mix in blender and blend until frothy
  • Top with some whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy
