Homemade Decongestant

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 5-6 radishes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 5-6 cloves garlic

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
  2. Place a cheese cloth lined mesh strainer over a dish and pour the pulp from the blender into the strainer.
  3. You’ll catch the liquid decongestant in the dish.
Dosage and Use
  1. Adults: 2-3 TBS
    Children 1-2 TBS
  2. Every couple hours to relieve congestion in lungs and sinuses.

Notes

Use more Honey if needed to make it more palatable for younger children.
Will Keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
