Homemade Decongestant

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 5-6 radishes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 5-6 cloves garlic

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth
  • Place a cheese cloth lined mesh strainer over a dish and pour the pulp from the blender into the strainer.
  • You’ll catch the liquid decongestant in the dish.

Dosage and Use

  • Adults: 2-3 TBS
    Children 1-2 TBS
  • Every couple hours to relieve congestion in lungs and sinuses.

Notes

Use more Honey if needed to make it more palatable for younger children.
Will Keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
