Homemade Decongestant
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw honey
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 5-6 radishes
- 1 small red onion
- 5-6 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth
- Place a cheese cloth lined mesh strainer over a dish and pour the pulp from the blender into the strainer.
- You’ll catch the liquid decongestant in the dish.
Dosage and Use
- Adults: 2-3 TBSChildren 1-2 TBS
- Every couple hours to relieve congestion in lungs and sinuses.
Notes
Use more Honey if needed to make it more palatable for younger children.
Will Keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
