Pumpkin Spice Latte

There’s nothing quite like a homemade pumpkin spice latte to bring a little cozy warmth to your day. With just a few simple ingredients—freshly brewed coffee, creamy milk, a touch of pumpkin puree, and warming spices like cinnamon and nutmeg—you can whip up this autumn favorite right in your own kitchen. It’s comforting, flavorful, and free from all the extras you don’t need. Whether you’re easing into a chilly morning or enjoying a quiet moment by the window, this latte is a gentle reminder that the best things are often homemade, simple, and made with a little love.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Servings: 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk (could use non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or sugar to taste)
  • 1 tbs pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small pot and heat on stovetop until too hot to touch.
  2. Alternatively, mix and heat everything in a glass measuring cup in the microwave.
  3. Add 1/2 to 1 cup of strong, hot coffee
  4. Froth with a frother or mix in blender and blend until frothy
  5. Top with some whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  6. Pour into a mug and enjoy
